LAURETTA NKEIRUKA TALABI

Mrs. Talabi joined the service of Union Homes Savings and Loans Plc, in December, 1996 as Deputy Manager and head of Administration and Personnel Department. She obtained B.A. (Hons) degree in Philosophy, from University of Lagos (1980), and Master Degree in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management from University of Ibadan (1994). Talabi is also an Associate Member of Nigerian Institute of Personnel and Management (AIPM), and Nigerian Institute of Management (ANIM).
Before joining Union Homes, she had earlier worked with Gothschalks Building Materials, a division of UAC as staff manager and Federal Ministry of Labour and Productivity where she rose to the position of Senior Labour Officer.
She has attended several courses/seminars especially on Human Capital. She was transferred to Mortgage Department in October 2003 where she headed a unit and she successfully relieved at our Lagos Central Branch. In March 2006, she was redeployed to head Admin/Personnel Department. Presently, she is in charge of the Risk Assets Management & Control Department.
