PRINCE CHRISTOPHER JOSHUA OMO-IJIADE (DIRECTOR) |
Prince Christopher Omo-Ijiade, a lawyer and seasoned banker, was groomed in the Union Bank stable. He joined Union Bank as a Supervisor in 1967 and rose through the corporate ladder to the position of Deputy General Manager, in which he retired.
Prince Omo-Ijiade holds a BL in law from the Nigerian Law School. He is also a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Administration. While in Union Bank, he was a Trainer, a Senior Manager in the legal Services Department and a Principal Manager at different times. He was appointed Assistant General Manager, Human Resources, and later Deputy General Manager in charge of Human Resources/Training and Manpower Development. In the course of his service, Prince Omo-Ijiade attended several banking and manpower development courses within and outside Nigeria. Among them were Advanced Management Development Course in France, and Strategic Human Resource Management in Harvard Business School, USA. |
