Mr. Adedigba is a high-level financial service executive with over 24 years track record and experience spanning audit & professional accounting practice; business assurance; financial control & strategy; human capital management and organizational capability. He holds a BSc in Chemistry from the University of Lagos and an MBA from the Lagos Business School.
Kunle, before emerging the MD/CEO of the recapitalized Union Homes Savings and Loans Plc, had contributed immensely in his capacity, as the Deputy Managing Director of ASO Savings and Loans Plc, to position ASO as the leading Primary Mortgage Bank in Nigeria. At ASO, he had earlier proved his rare ingenuity in executive leadership as the Executive Director Finance, who firmly established the Structured Finance and Treasury teams within ASO.
Before joining ASO, Kunle was Chief Financial Officer of Skye Bank Plc and was directly responsible for the management and growth of the bank’s balance sheet. He also had oversight responsibilities for other departments such as Human Capital Management; Financial Control; Corporate Planning & Strategy; Performance Management; Investor Relations and Project Management. Prior to this, he was at various times Deputy General Manager and Head of Skye Bank’s Organizational Capability Group; Head of Human Capital Management and Special Adviser to the MD/CEO.
At Prudent Bank, he played a key role in the 2005 merger, acquisition and subsequent integration of Bond Bank, Cooperative Bank and EIB International Bank. Between 2000 and 2004, he was Financial Controller, Group Head South West Business and Group Head Human Capital Management & Financial Control of Prudent Bank. He had also served in various capacities with Standard Trust Bank (UBA) and PriceWaterhouseCoopers Nigeria.
Kunle is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), an Honorary Member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers and also an alumnus of the London Business School. He has attended several courses locally and abroad and his other interests include athletic sports, football and walking.
Ifeanyi Ozoh - Executive Director, Retail Division
Ifeanyi Ozoh is a General Manager with the leading mortgage bank, ASO Savings and Loans Plc. With a career spanning over 24 years and experience in mortgage and commercial banking, he currently oversees the bank’s Retail Banking Group for the Southern Region of Nigeria.
Prior to joining ASO he was Vice President at Access Homes Ltd, an Access Bank mortgage banking subsidiary. He also worked with Diamond Mortgages (DML) as Group Head, Large Corporates with responsibilities that included financing large real estate and mortgage transactions. Prior to DML, he worked for about a decade at Union Homes Savings and Loans Plc where he held key positions, and before then worked with Union Bank Plc for about seven years where he commenced his banking career.
Ifeanyi holds a B.Sc in Psychology from the University of Nigeria Nsukka, and an M.sc in Business Administration with specialization in Organizational Behaviour from the University of Lagos. He has attended several trainings which include executive courses at Lagos Business School, Wharton Business School, University of Pennsylvania and The London Business School.
Ifeanyi enjoys brisk walking and jogging and is married with four children.
Tony Edeh - Executive Director, Shared Services
Anthony Edeh started his career in Computer Warehouse Group as a Finacle e-banking consultant. He then joined world-renowned audit firm KPMG Professional Services (former Arthur Andersen) where he spent nearly a decade. While at KPMG, He led various risk management projects on Basel II, Enterprise-wide Risk Management, Asset and Liability Management, Credit Risk, Operational Risk, Market Risk and Regulatory Compliance Risks.
Prior to becoming the Executive Director, Shared Services at Union Homes Savings and Loans, Tony was the Group Head, Enterprise Risk Management at ASO Savings and Loans limited were he contributed in creating unmatched shareholder value through best in class enterprise risk management methodologies.
He brings to the company a rich wealth of experience in financial risk management, financial reporting, financial due diligence, financial and management accounting, process review and a contemporary approach to emerging trends within the African Business environment.
His extensive experience includes implementation of credit risk, market risk, operational risk frameworks and credit modeling. In the last couple of years, Tony has been involved in conducting risk workshops and has trained a number of banking practitioners and industry players on Basle II, Internal Capital Adequacy Assessment Process (ICAAP), Enterprise-wide Risk Management, Credit risk management and Operational risk modeling techniques.
During his time at KPMG, Tony was accredited by KPMG International to provide advisory services to clients in Operational Risk, Credit Risk and Economic Capital Modeling. He is a certified coach (experienced and senior-level businessperson) of the prestigious Cartier awards; an award sponsored by Cartier Paris and supported by Mckinsey and INSEAD Business School. His coachee (MN Enterprises) won the Cartier Awards for 2009.
He graduated from the University of Ilorin with a degree in Computer Science as the best student. He attended INSEAD Business School (France and Singapore) for his MBA where he was a recipient of the INSEAD-Goldman Sachs Scholarship. While at INSEAD he was the leader of the Emergent Young African Entrepreneurs. He is also an Alumni of the Wharton Program on International Housing Finance.
He is an Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA), a Certified Information System Auditor (CISA) and a Certified Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC) Professional. He has also undertaken several professional training courses across the globe including trainings in Canada, United Kingdom, Hungary, Germany, France, Holland, Denmark, Singapore, USA etc.
