Emeka Nwaobiala joined Union Homes Savings and Loans Plc, as the pioneer Mortgage Manager in 1995, and has since worked in various departments of the organization. Prior to joining Union Homes, he served Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria and Federal Mortgage Finance Ltd, for a period of 15 years as an Estate Surveyor and Valuer and rose to the position of Manager in 1993. He is a registered member of the Nigerian Institute of Estate Surveyor and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria and member of the Professional Practice Committee of the Institution.
