Isuwa Holds a B.Sc in Business Admin, M.Sc Political Science, MBA, Master of International Law and Diplomacy (MILD), and Master of Public Administration (MPA), from different Nigerian Universities. Before joining Union Homes, Isuwa at different times served in high positions in some organizations. They include Merchant Bank of Africa Nigeria Limited, Continental Merchant Bank, Nigeria Bank for Commerce and Industry, and Kaduna State Government, Nigeria, where he was a Commissioner.
A seasoned banker, Isuwa has undergone banking courses within and outside Nigeria. He is a member of some professional bodies. Among them are Nigerian Institute of Bankers, Nigerian Institute of Personnel Management, Nigerian Society of International Laws, Nigerian Economic Society and Nigerian Institute of Public Relations.
