9. Complete account opening form and mail it back to Union Homes
10. Receive notification of local account opened
11. Remit 25% equity contribution to Union Homes account with Union Bank (UK) Plc
12. Applicant funding purchase 100% shall remit 5% of cost of property as service charge

Receive by mail following documents

• Offer letter
• Execution of charge form
• Completion of Union Assurance contract form and doctors declaration form
• The said property will be duly insured against hazards through Union Assurance
• The cost of perfection will be treated as a loan to run concurrently with the mortgage.
